For the Kentwood Southwood Elementary School project, we managed the job from initial bid to final closeout. Throughout the duration of the job, we were responsible for providing monthly billings to the construction manager and ensuring timely procurement of all required equipment, including tracking orders and deliveries to maintaining the project schedule. As the project wrapped up, we provided all closeout documentation and scheduled training to ensure school staff could confidently operate the new equipment.
