The CNH40 features a recessed power swtich preventing accidental shutoff or food or grease build up and damage to the switch. Ships preset for a optimal holding temperature of 190°F however is adjustable from 90-190°F. Forced convection air that fully encompasses the product allowing for all crevasse to maintain temperature lengthening the hold time compared to heat lamps and other warmers. Interior base designed to allow excess grease to flow off the product and kept away while still being easy to clean. When excess oil is allowed to maintain contact with your product it decreases the length of holding and freshness. One year labor and parts warranty. Unit is able to preheat up to 190°F in 30 minutes. Dims 20.75″H x 29″D x 40″W interior compartment holding area can have up to 6 individual sections once all (6) dividers are installed. 1/2″ wrap around fiberglass insulation ensuring unit maintains the set temperature better then others.
