The max temp of the CHN28LP is 190°F and is able to preheat to 190°F in a matter of 10 minutes. The dims of the CNH28LP measure 5.5″H x 16.3125″D x 24.3125″W. Comes standard in 208 volt 60 hertz single phase 14 Amps 2890 Watts. The CNH28LP comes with (3) dividers allowing you to 4 different products in their own sections. The CNH28LP food bay size is 24.325″L x 16.325″W x 3.5″H. Our CNH is easily able to lift out for cleaning. In addition the grate sits elevated in the cavity helping keep your holding fried food away from excess grease that drips away from the product. The CNH Series Chrisp and Hold units come with a one year labor and parts warranty.
