The CH1600U is able to hold (12) 12″x20″ or gn 1/1 pans side loaded and half per cavity or (8) gn 2/1 or 18″x26″ per cavity with a 22.625″ working height per cavity. Our CH holding cabinet can hold from 100°F to 200°F. The electrical of the CH1600U is 208 Volt 60 hertz 1 phase 6200 Watts 29.8 Amps and comes with a 6-30P power cord. The max temperature of the CH1600U is 325°F and is able to preheat to 160°F in a matter of 25 minutes. The dims of the CH1600U is 76.375″H x 32.625″D x 29.375″W. The CH Series Cook and Hold unit comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
