    • CNH18LP Crisp N Hold Fried Food Station Drop-in up to 4 Sections – 120V 1PH The CNH18LP is constrcuted of 24 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 18 gauge interior. The max temp of the CHN18LP is 190°F and is able to preheat to 190°F in a matter of 10 minutes. The dims of the CNH18LP measure 5.5″H x 21.75″D x 32.3125″W. Comes standard in 120 volt 60 hertz single phase 15.1 Amps 1820 Watts and with a NEMA 5-20P power cord. The CNH12LP comes with (3) dividers allowing you to 4 different products in their own sections. The CNH18LP food bay size is 17.9375″L x 20.25″W x 3.5″H. Our CNH is easily able to lift out for cleaning. In addition the grate sits elevated in the cavity helping keep your holding fried food away from excess grease that drips away from the product. The CNH18LP comes standard with a one year labor and two year parts only warranty.
