    • Our HL4-14 is branded our 3/4 Sized Unit. This unit comes in at 58.625″H x 29.5″D x 24.6875″W. All HL4 Series ships out as 120 volt single phase 2100 watts 17.5 amps and a cord in the NEMA configuration 5-20P. The HL4-14 is equipped to hold (28) 12″x20″ Pans or (14) 18″x26″ Sheet Pans. Constructed of light weight aluminum and robust 5″ diameter casters this unit is verstile in its application usage without breaking the bank. Please note this unit is non insulated. The HL4 series is able to reach up to 190°F and obtain 160°F in a matter of 30 minutes. Each HL4 Series HotLogix features a bottom mounted heating module that can easily me removed for clearning or servicing or in case needed replaced entirely. One key feature to note is the adjustable removable tray racks with universal wire slides with a fixed spaced at 3″. Our module features a circlulating air blower motor to help distribute even heat for proper holding. The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
